Ibis London Canning Town

Conveniently located next to a metro station with easy access to tourist attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and temperature. Delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of sweet and savory options. Staff were pleasant and helpful during our 4-day stay. There is a great coffee shop and bar in the building and a nice Lebanese restaurant across the street.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a tube station on the Jubilee line and the DLR, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning and a fantastic shower. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect communication, subway right in front, in twenty minutes you are in the center of London. Comfortable and clean room.

The restaurant staff wasn't very attentive. They don't put hand towels in the room, only bath towels.

The hotel in a great location, right next to the metro line, bus stop and DLR, tasty breakfast, very nice lobby where you can sit down with a drink or coffee. Everything smells new.

A tiny room is a typical bedroom, it's hard to even drag yourself well without hooking on something ;) I don't like powdered scrambled eggs in hotels but besides that breakfast is delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been more convenient - right next to Canning Town underground station. It made it so easy to get around the city and explore. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, from small toilets to tea and coffee facilities. The beds were also very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great, and there really isn't much that could be improved.

The hairdryer couldn't be used in the bathroom, for putting some but.

This hotel was convenient for transportation, as it was located right next to a tube station. the staff was friendly and helpful, always providing anything I needed like extra towels. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was continental with a variety of options like fruits and croissants.

Very nice and helpful hotel staff, great bar with good drinks and several beers :) The hotel is very well connected, located right next to Canning Town metro station, just a few stops to Stratford station, from where the buses go to Stansted airport, also in the direction of the centre easy access by Jubilee line.

There is no market or bar/restaurant in the vicinity where you can have breakfast for example - this hotel did not meet our expectations.

Everything! The decoration, the cleanliness and calm of room 602, the friendliness of all the staff despite our approximate English, the location, the jubilee Line in front of the hotel, the proximity to the West Ham stadium. I had asked the staff for a little attention for an event for my greatest happiness it was respected I really recommend it.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, including the tube and DLR station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

One aspect that could be improved was the noise level in our room. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed on the front side of the building facing a busy road, which resulted in a restless night, especially when we had important business the next day.

Our room was beautifully decorated with special touches for my partner's birthday. We were impressed with the hospitality of the hotel, were very good to provide us with complimentary snacks and drinks. The location was excellent, just opposite the tube station. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Handy if you have to catch a plane at London City Airport in the morning. Just opposite the underground (Canning Town on Jubilee and DLR). Neighborhood under construction (ugly!). Standard Ibis room so simple but comfortable with a nice shower. Well soundproofed.

Ideal location - Metro entrance through the street, very clean. Breakfast standard as for Ibis, but good enough. Young hotel staff very nice and willing to help you not only with hotel topics. Ideal for a weekend trip - good access to Stansted airport - 2 subway stops then a train.

The hotel is located directly opposite the metro station and you can get everywhere quickly. The staff is correct and polite. The breakfast is nice.

They didn't lend me an adapter for the plug, I had to buy it. I think it would not be a luxury to make one available for a deposit. Towels don't absorb, they're probably synthetic. That is not pleasant.
